bos78 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees (interbank transfer fees, e-wallet withdrawal fees, etc.). These third-party fees are beyond bos78's control. Check with your payment provider for their fee structure. Most Indonesian banks charge Rp 6,500 for interbank transfers.
Withdrawals to Mandiri bank accounts are typically processed within 1-24 hours during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification, which may add 2-24 hours to the initial withdrawal. VIP players receive priority processing (1-3 hours). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed when banks reopen.
The minimum withdrawal amount on bos78 is typically Rp 100,000. You can only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name (matching your KYC documents). Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure you've met any applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds or active bonuses.
Common reasons for withdrawal delays include incomplete KYC verification (first withdrawal), active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, withdrawal requested outside banking hours, account under security review, or payment method mismatch (withdrawal bank doesn't match deposit bank). Contact bos78 customer support via live chat with your transaction reference number for specific status updates on pending withdrawals.

Betting closes shortly before each match starts. Results are settled immediately after each fight concludes.
Slot gacor is Indonesian slang for slot machines that are "hot" or paying out frequently. While all bos78 slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) ensuring fair outcomes, players often share tips about games currently hitting big wins. RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of wagered money a slot machine pays back to players over time. For example, a 96% RTP slot returns Rp 96 for every Rp 100 wagered on average across millions of spins. Higher RTP games offer better long-term value. bos78 displays RTP percentages for all slots. Note that RTP is calculated over vast sample sizes - short-term results vary significantly due to randomness.
bos78 offers new players a welcome bonus package typically including a deposit match bonus (e.g., 100% up to a certain amount), free spins on selected slots, or sports betting free bets. Specific bonus terms including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and validity periods are published on the promotions page. Read all terms carefully before claiming. Bonuses are optional - you can deposit without claiming any bonus.
Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet bonus funds before winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently - slots usually count 100%, table games may count 10-20%. Check specific bonus terms on the promotions page. Wagering must be completed within the bonus validity period (typically 7-30 days).
